DELIVERY

When can I expect delivery?
All orders will be send from our partner SNUGGLE LTD.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-6 business days after receiving payment. During busy times, deliveries might take a little longer. Delivery times may vary based on your location and your chosen delivery method. You'll get an estimated delivery date at checkout, and we'll send you an email confirmation with all the details. You will also receive an SMS and email notification when your order is ready for collection. Remember to bring your ID and tracking number when you pick it up.

What happens if I don’t pick up my order on time?
You have 7 days to pick up your parcel, or it'll be automatically sent back to us. If you don’t pick up your order within the 7-day window, it will be considered unclaimed, and a £5 fee will be applied.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges depend on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. All costs will be clearly stated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Do you ship to my country?
We ship to all countries within Europe. Please note that deliveries outside of the UK might take a bit longer, and there could be customs duties and taxes. These extra charges are your responsibility and aren’t included in the delivery cost.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Since we work fast to process your orders, we're unable to make any changes once an order has been confirmed. This includes changes to the items, as well as delivery address, or delivery method.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. Just click on it to see where your parcel is. Please note that it might take a little while for the tracking info to update.

What should I do if I haven't received my parcel?
If your parcel hasn't shown up by the expected delivery date, please check the tracking link in your email. If you're still having trouble locating your parcel, please get in touch with our customer service team. We’ll look into it and, if needed, arrange a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and other major credit and debit cards. Your payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.

How is my payment information secured?
Your payment details are treated with the utmost security and confidentiality. We don’t store your payment information on our servers.

How are prices determined?
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change from time to time, but this won't affect orders that have already been placed.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange, as long as they’re unworn, unwashed, and still in their original condition with all tags attached.

How do I return my order?
To initiate a return, just contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, you'll need to cover the cost of returning the items.

Do I need to pay for my return?
Yes, you’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

How do refunds work?
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used to place the order. Please note that the original delivery charges are non-refundable. If it’s been more than 14 days since we received your return and you haven’t heard from us, please contact our customer service team.
